PART -I
Hello Folks!
With the close of the year around the corner, I was planning to give you all a gift, and what can be a better gift than giving the secret tips and guide to blogging. So, let’s start.
The importance of blogging is not a new concept. Blogging is a cost-effective marketing tool for small and large businesses that want to increase their visibility through the Internet.https://www.amazon.com/registries/holiday?_encoding=UTF8&linkCode=ib1&tag=sabahatp-20&linkId=8b2ef6dea7d592e2caf01c6febee0e8d&ref_=ihub_curatedcontent_a7633cac-435d-46f0-8152-28453c382ec4
A TOOL FOR ENTREPRENEURS:
The first secret tip/guide to Blogging is that Blogs are a great way to position oneself as a thought leader and to establish a strong online presence.
Blogging is a powerful tool for entrepreneurs, as it allows them to share their knowledge and expertise with prospects.
The word “blog” is a shortened form of “weblog” which is a website that consists of an online journal or diary. Blogs can be used by people to share their opinion on any topic.
For example, they are often created by people who have interesting knowledge about certain topics, who want to share their ideas with others.
As an entrepreneur, you must know that if your blog doesn’t work, then your business won’t grow.
If you need help with writing and designing your blog, then these tips/secrets will provide you with all the information you need to create a successful and profitable blog.
A POPULAR FORM:
Another secret guide/tip is that Blogging has become one of the most popular forms of social media these days.
They are so popular because it provides an easy way for people to express themselves publicly;
In addition to being able to connect with other bloggers in the same niche.
Blogging also allows content creators to share their thoughts and feelings about what they are passionate about to help other individuals gain insight into them at their own pace.
Today, blogging is seen as a vehicle for catharsis or renting out one’s thoughts. It is often seen as a way of coping up with their day-to-day life, work stressors, and other personal issues.
DESIGN WITH INTENTION:
The second secret guide/tip to Blogging is to, Design with intention. It is the act of designing with the user in mind. Designers need to consider how to design for people that are not like them, which includes every person on the planet.
Designers should research their target audience; this could involve interviewing users about their habits, finding out what they like and dislike, and understanding how they think. Doing research will help designers make better decisions about design decisions like layout, color scheme, typography, etc.
The design should always be with intention. A blog is no exception to this rule. The design of the blog should be aligned with the content it will contain, who it’s for?
Every blog should have a unique design that matches the content, who is the target audience, and what key messages it wants to convey.
It should not take too much time for the readers to understand what the blog is about and its main points.
I am writing this blog post to help readers better understand the different aspects of what I am trying to convey in my words.
Readers may be coming from different backgrounds with different levels of understanding.
So, I must take the time to distinguish between these differences and provide the information they need.
PRIORITIZE PERFORMANCE:
The third secret guide/tip to blogging is that due to our busy daily lives.
We do not always have the time to write content. This is where the blog comes in.
Blogging helps people to prioritize performance by sharing their knowledge and expertise with others.
Performance is a key factor in any work situation. It’s important to evaluate your performance when you’re seeking feedback from a manager or a colleague.
If you’re prioritizing performance, then it’s time to put in the extra effort to get things done on time and complete the tasks with high quality every time.
Performance is about two things: consistency and quality. You must have already taken care of your priorities before you start thinking about how well you are doing in your area of expertise.
Performance is about consistency, quality, and impact.
FOCUS ON THE USER EXPERIENCE:
A blog is a marketing tool that can be used for the promotion of a business, company, service, or product. The purpose of this type of content is to inform and educate potential clients about the features and benefits of using the product.
A blog needs to focus on the user experience as this will keep people reading and interested in what you have to say.
Focus on the user experience (UX) is the fourth secret guide/tip in blogging and one of the most important aspects to consider when building a website or app because it represents how people will see and interact with your content and lead to better conversions.
The user experience is the focal point of any blog. If your blog is readable, the traffic will automatically increase.
The content should be focused on how to improve their lives by using your product or service. It should also be rich in visuals so people stay engaged with the content for longer.
KEEP IT SIMPLE:
The fifth secret guide/tip is the common misconception that short and simple sentences equal a boring blog. This is not the case. Short, clear sentences can make your readers want to keep reading more because it is easier for them to understand.
They also make it possible to better convey your message without making your readers tired from reading long wordy sentences, which can happen if you use too many complicated words.
If you find yourself wondering how to keep things as simple as possible, then it may be helpful to think about what would happen if someone who doesn’t speak English is well-tried to read your blog post or article.
You don’t want this person to get lost halfway through and give up on the content because they cannot understand what you are trying to say!
The best content is timeless and will never go out of style.
This is one of the most important lessons from the history of blogging. In 2007, Seth Godin https://seths.blog wrote a blog post called “The Perfect Post” which still holds up as one of the best pieces on writing a blog post ever written.
In this article, he discusses what makes an excellent blog post and what people should avoid when writing their posts. One passage that stands out in Godin’s article says:
“Great content isn’t about being clever or trendy or intellectual or any other adjective that feels good to us at the moment. Great content is about being readable and memorable and useful to your readers–not just now but for years to come.”
BE CONSISTENT:
Being consistent in what you write is important for your blog’s readers. It is not just about posting content regularly, but also about the quality and the style of the content.
To be consistent, you need to share a similar voice and tone with your readers.
Write in a conversational style so that it does not sound like an advertisement or an instructional manual.
Maintain a similar structure as well as formatting for posts such as headings, bullet points, and subheadings.
Consider sharing information that might be useful to your readers such as insights into their lives or tips on how they can do something better or more efficiently.
Consistency is important in the blogger’s world. It is important to maintain a regular schedule and keep the audience engaged with the content.
In a post from Copy blogger, there is a list of ways to be consistent when it comes to blogging.
The first idea for being consistent is to have a set time and work on your blog when you are in the mood.
Another way they suggest is to schedule a time of day or week for your blog posting and stick with it.
If you have a regular schedule, people will come back expecting new content from you, which will help boost your traffic.
Lastly, they say that being consistent is the only way the audience will know what to expect from you in terms of topics and tone.
In this day and age, a website is more than just a place you store your content. It’s the door to your business. It’s the storefront for your goods and services.
And it’s a way to educate potential customers about who you are, what you do, and why they should choose you.
To make sure that the site is a success you need to think about all of these things in advance – from the imagery on the homepage to the design of the logo.
USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE:
Computers and software can be programmed to do a lot of things, but they still lack certain human skills. One of the skills that computers and software are unable to do is to understand natural human language.
With the help of AI’s, you can produce a lot of content but you cannot make it put human emotions into your work.
Maybe someday, that too will be possible and we may have another type of user experience.https://rytr.me/?via=sabahat
All those who are planning to start a blog/website need to keep these secret tips/guides in view to keep ahead of others in the field. Think about it.
Until next time, have great holidays, stay safe and healthy.
